Shanghai HENGMAI CERAMIC TECHNOLOGY with advanced equipment, industry leading material technology, effective control of production costs, to provide high quality, finishing ceramic products.

Gel injection molding

Gel injection molding is a new gel forming process developed in the 1990s. After continuous improvement of the process by technical personnel, it meets the ideal technical requirements. It is applied to all kinds of material system to realize batch production. The ceramic billet formed by this method has high strength, less organic matter content, simple process and strong operability, and has been applied to the molding of submicron and micron powder complex structure ceramic parts. The gel injection molding method can form the blank body with complex shape, high strength, uniform microstructure and high density in a net size. The parts sintered into porcelain have better properties than the ceramic parts formed by dry pressing and isostatic pressing.

Dry pressing & isostatic pressing molding

Dry press molding is a molding method which uses pressure to press dry powder billet into compact billet in the model. It is also a relatively new molding method, which has been widely used in other industrial ceramics, and has achieved good results. Dry pressing molding process is simple, large production, less defects, easy to mechanization, so the shape is simple, small body is quite suitable.

Stamping forming

By press and die on the sheet, strip, pipe and profile to apply external force, so that plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the desired shape and size of the workpiece (stamping parts) forming process.

Based on the gel forming process, the company successfully realized the stamping molding process of ceramics.
